1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, registering, or using the VBA application (“Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Application.
2. Eligibility
- Users must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction.
- Users under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent.
3. User Accounts
- Users are responsible for maintaining account security.
- Account sharing is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User-Generated Content
Users are solely responsible for content they post (text, images, videos, comments).
Prohibited content includes:
- Illegal content
- Pornographic, violent, or hateful material
- Intellectual property infringement
- Malware or harmful code
We may remove violating content without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All system components, source code, interface design, and content are owned by Công Ty TNHH Đầu Tư Giải Pháp IT or its licensors.

- User-generated content

- Device and operating system information
7. Purpose of Data Use
- Provide and improve services
- Personalize user experience
- Prevent fraud

We do not sell personal data.
8. Data Sharing
We only share data when:
- User consent is given
- Required by law
- With trusted data processors under confidentiality agreements

10. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account via the Settings section in the Application or by emailing info@gpit.vn. Data will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published on our website and within the Application.
12. Legal basis
We process personal data in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, including Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection. Data is processed only for the purposes stated in section 7, based on the user’s consent or another legal basis permitted by law.
13. Data retention
Data is retained while the account remains active and as needed to provide the service. When a user requests account deletion, data is processed within a maximum of 30 days (section 10), except for data that must be retained under applicable law.
14. Data subject rights
In addition to the rights in section 9, users have the rights provided under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, including the right to be informed, to consent or refuse, to withdraw consent, to restrict processing, to object to processing, and to lodge complaints as provided by law.
